Holy man.

I feel as though I'm disturbing an ancient archaeological site.
I feel as though I'm disturbing some sort of sacred graveyard.

By coming back to this page and typing these words I have surely disrupted the historic record. I suppose this post exemplifies the stratigraphic layer separating me from the Anne I once was. What a difference a year or two makes. Just think, another year could make a moron of the girl I am now. Nice!

Here's why I love this:

Though it isn't a fortune, it very cleverly makes the reader feel loved, and slyly covers up the lie by saying "well ya....sure someone admires you, but ummmmm.... THAT PERSON IS SHY!! ya...that's it! SHY!

So really, its just an ego boost, but if someone truly admired me, wouldn't that person understand that I'm not mean and horrible and don't tend to bludgeon and smite those who adore me? Right...so its pointless, unless of course that same admirer DOES think I'm a bludgeoning smiter...in which case I guess I should feel bad, but I don't, because the person is too shy to say,

"Hey....I'm afraid that if I talk to you, you'll bludgeon and smite me"

...and after I think all of this up, I just sit and laugh at the fact that I overanalyze EVERYTHING!!
